There is a point when decisions must be made to stop taking registration for a program because it is filled, or to cancel a program due to low enrollment. We reserve the right to change program content and/or schedules as needed. Please don't wait until the day a program begins to register.

| Waiver and Release Form |
A waiver and release of all claims form must be signed when registering yourself or your minor child for Elk Grove Park District programs.

| Program Waitlists |
The registration office will contact you in a case of a waitlist. If you do not receive waitlist notice, your registration has been processed as requested. For registration inquiries, call (847) 437-9494.

| Withdrawal / Refund Policy |

- Notification to withdraw from a program/trip must be received 2 business days prior to the first program/trip, or you may be subject to withdraw fees.
- Refunds will not include "Extra Fees", such as movie, play, theater tickets, supplies, books, etc.
- Once a program/trip has begun withdrawals will be prorated.
- No withdrawals or refunds will be issued after the program/trip has been completed.
- A make up program and/or refund will be arranged if the scheduled program is cancelled.
